Data were gathered from 80 hearing-impaired students (grades 6–10), 35 teachers, and 72 parents in 12 schools using a descriptive survey design. Channel access, usage patterns, academic performance, instructional quality, and broader learning outcomes were evaluated using three validated instruments.
